Gosh, I sure hope your landing doesn't go down like that...although the fire may just do the trick in eliminating anymore snow shoveling!!

Connecticut has just joined Massachusetts in a driving ban, $10,000 fine and/or 12 months jail. Any vehicle parked on snow routes to be towed. Still snowing here and the plow has just come by for the first time so I now have a 4 foot high pile across the driveway. Snowfall is slowing a little but is supposed to continue until 11:00pm.

I'm trading texts with a colleague who's on and outbound commuter train (Manhattan to Long Island). Says its just wild. He dreads the 5 miles he has to drive from the train station to home.

I agree completely, it's always the other idiots that cause problems. On my own, if I screw up, then I am the idiot. 8)
