voice recording app withouth the red bar while running on the backgroung?? IMPORTANT!

Hey guys and gals... I'm looking for an ipad or iphone app tha voice record for more than 30 min and can run in the background WITHOUT showing the red bar at the top.
Any suggestions???????

I have tried a couple of voice recording apps but they all show the red bar at the top reminding me that I'm recording ....

This is critically important .... PLEASE HELP!!

I believe the red bar has to be there for legal reasons. Recording someone without their consent is illegal in many countries. The red bar is designed to alert those nearby they are being recorded.
