Using External Webcam (Action Cam) on iPad 2? Possible?

Hi All

I would like to use my recently purchased iPad 2 to setup an ATC3K action camera. Normally this operates to a PC via USB and using simple webcam software "Easy Web Cam". I have a camera connection kit (USB). Any suggestions? (If I need to jaiolbreak, then "so be it")

Not without a possible jailbreak option. The only USB device you can plug into a stock iPad is a USB stick via the Camera Connection Kit.

Thanks. So if I jailbreak is there an app that anyone is aware of that will utilize the camera connection kit to run an external webcam?
