I am new to the forum and am hoping you can help with issues that are coming up at work. The agent I work for opens his Outlook emails through Outlook on his desktop, his iPhone & his iPad. He is finding that when he opens an email on his iPhone, it nevers shows as having already been opened (or read) on his iPad. Since he receives a couple of hundred emails a day, this becomes an issue. He is constantly switching between his pc, his iPhone & his iPad.
Can anyone give me any insight into this problem? It is not just a matter of a slow sync.
