UnFolder makes is easy to get rid of folders without having to drag all the icons back to the desktop first. Just hold the folder till it wiggles and press the X. The folder will be deleted and all the apps it contains will be placed back on your springboard in one simple step. See the screenies!

Coolness!

Apple should have that function as default... You listening Mr Jobs?

I'm sure someone from Apple is spying :)

I don't think this works for iOS 4.2.1 - or at least it's not working for me. I installed it, then made a test folder. When I try to delete the folder, I get what I assume is a standard prompt that says "Are you sure you want to delete the bookmark "Test"?" I select delete, wait for about 10 seconds (cause it "freezes" - I'm assuming it's working) and ... nothing. The folder is still there with my apps inside it.

I've reinstalled the tweak, re-sprung the iPad and also re-booted, all with no luck.

Anyone else having trouble?

Sorry to hear that Marilyn. Time to finally take the 4.3.3 upgrade plunge?

Nag, nag, nag! :D

I stand by my post above. It appears that UnFolder does not work on 4.2.1 ... but it does work on 4.3.3.

Sigh.

Thanks, Leigh, for your tutorials. But - I go on record as saying that it wasn't easy putting everything back the way I had it. I had PGKBackup and everything!

But, all is good now. I do likes me them there gestures, TBH.

Again, thanks for the tutorials. Made the process way easy - especially with the pictures. Shiney!

Well, glad you finally joined all the cool cats on 4.3.3, even if I was a nag!

Sorry, but it says in Cydia that it's not compatible with iOS 5. So, my recommendation is that you remove it and keep an eye out for any potential or possible updates in the future.
