Unable to set up mail - error message

Every time I try to set up my mail account, I get the message...

User name or password for "imap.tools.sky.com" is incorrect. !!

Factually, both name & password are correct ?

Any suggestions ?

2nd issue is every time I open my email (because of the above, I have to go via Safari) I get the message ""Increse Decrease Size" Do you want to allow "https//mail.tools.sky.com" to use up to 10 MB of storage on your iPad.
Cancel : Increase. I select "Cancel" and the message re-appears 5 more times with me selecting cancel each time.

What does it mean ?

DefBref recently mentioned that Sky email is GMail in disguise.

Try using the GMail setup and see if that works, or use the Exchange setup using the methods DefBref suggested in this thread: http://www.ipadforums.net/ipad-gene...r-sky-contacts-list-into-ipad.html#post368732
