Tasker type app?

Does anyone know if there is an automated tasking app for iOS like "Tasker" on Android? It automates things, like turning GPS on when you enter Maps and turning it off once you exit, things like that.

If you jail break your iPad then anything is possible for, for a non-JB iPad, there is nothing like this.
