Strange issue. Please have a look.

Hi all,

Please have a look at the screenshot taken from my ipad 2, iOS 5.0.1, which are self-explanatory.
Have anyone seen this before?

It happens after reboot. A respring will fix it.
FYI, last few tweaks have been removed but the problem persists.

ALSO: can anyone kindly post this file com.apple.keyboard.plist? I need the original file as I have deleted mine and I guess this is the cause of the problem, though unlikely.
The location of this file: Library/Preferences/com.apple.keyboard.plist

Any kind advise and solution is much appreciated.

Strange case

Hi there

Most likely your problem is that either retinapad or fullforce used to expand iPhone to iPad screen size is corrupt faulty or expired hence you get small iPhone keyboard on screen

Check retinapad and or fullforce under settings extensions

If you have a cracked version of one of these it may have expired or become unstable

Reinstall these and you should be good to go

Get a paid version in cydia

Thanks for your reply. Your comment definitely make sense.

However, I really do not think it's caused by retinapad because ALL other apps display correctly. Furthermore, my retinapad is a paid version. I bought it after "Fullforce" disappointed me.

The ipad keypad shown everywhere except on Spotlight search, it shows iphone keypad. I suspect it's due to my deletion of com.apple.keyboard.plist. I notice that there is no such file in iphone. Hence, my ipad may think that this is an iphone because this file is missing.

Whatever the cause is, it is no longer important now. I tried to reset settings and my ipad stuck at the stupid apple logo for more than 10 hours.

Hm... Will be d*mn busy re-installing everything for the coming few days...
