Solar charger for iPhone 4

Guys, I came across this solar charger for the iPhone 3GS (found on miniinthebox), but I’m looking for something similar the iPhone 4. Does anyone know whether it exists (yet)?

It should work for the iPhone 4 fine, but it would be fairly slow charging the iPad.

Be careful of these things...I ordered one charger and it wouldn't take a charge from the sun, I sent it back and they sent me another that wouldn't even take a charge from a wall outlet. Most personal solar chargers are a scam...which is really sad!
