Hello, friends my small kid (5year old) make trouble for big brothers because they collect money in game by struggling lot, and my little master spent in seconds did any apple app can lock these game folder so unwanted people can not disturbed they game or any other option tks 1 more thing to ask did locking photo folder app required for my tab??

There is no way to lock a folder or third party app on a stock iPad. The only parental controls are in the General > Restrictions settings.

There are photo storage apps that will password protect their contents. I don't use one so I can't recommend one; though I believe the popular Photo Manager Pro app has a password lock feature if you enable it. All I can recommend is to search the App Store and do your research.
