Hi are there any skype apps for iPad?, can't seem to find any

At present there is no dedicated iPad Skype app, however the iPhone version works just fine on both the iPad1 and iPad2 and even supports video on the iPad2 using the camera. The iPad1, without a camera, cannot send video but it receives a video call just fine.
