I had to clear some stuff out of my loft today and saw my old Power Mac G5 that stopped working many years ago. Given how much it cost I couldn’t just throw it away at the time. But what to do with it? First one of the processors dropped out and then finally the other. I read that this was due to bad soldering of the motherboard etc. A German company was offering to re solder them years ago, I expect it was quite expensive? Any ideas what to do with it? It’s all complete apart from the Hard Drive.
