Skype for Ipad

Hi there, I'm a bit confused, it seems from searching the forums, that some people are able to get Skype to run in the background on the IPAD. How do you manage to get this to work?

I have the latest version of Skype, the Oct/Nov update , and yet I can't seem to be able to get skype to work in the background. It will cut calls if I attempt to browse or open any other program, please help.

When the iOS 4.2.? operating system software comes out (hopefully before the end of the month), it will have multi-tasking and this will allow you to run Skype in the background while doing other stuff.

The people who are using Skype in the background are using jailbroken iPads to multitask. iOS4.2.? should be out soon, we hope.
