Hi all,
I bought my first iPad2 last March...and love it...but this past September, my school district (I am a Speech/Language Pathologist) also bought iPads for some staff. I sometimes have both iPads running during therapy and recently noticed that the screen resolution when the app store is open is worse on my personal iPad2 (32 gb, verizon, wi-fi) than my district iPad (16 gb, wi-fi only). Does anyone have similar issues? Or has anyone noticed this? I just thought it was odd and thought I'd ask around. It is only on the app store screen...the icons are not as clear as my district iPad...the icons on my personal iPad almost look blurry.
Thanks!
Jenny

Hi JennySLP--are you running on wifi with your personal ipad or using 3G? If on 3G--that may be a problem with your carrier and coverage.

You didn't mention what iOS your personal ipad was on. To verify go to ipad settings/general/about. There you should see the version. The most current is iOS 5.01. Perhaps that may have something to do with it.

Have you tried to force the app store app to close? Do a 4 finger sweep upward to get the multi-task bar. Find the appstore and long press on it. It will begin to shake and press the red circle on the app. This will close down the app store app. Re-open and try again. See if any of this helps.

The screen on ipad 1 and 2 are both the same resolution. 1024x768. I think it is all in your head. (I'm not calling you crazy :))
The ipad 2 did have screen bleeding problems when it first came out, so maybe that's it?
