Screen protector without the bubbles?

i use avery self -laminating sheets. I cut it out to the shape . its sticky so you can apply it piece by piece and smooth out the bubbles as you lay it down and its cheap!!! i did this on my itouch and its been a year and it still works great and no scratches..it doesnt leave residue when you take it off either....
