Screen problem with ipad 64gb w/wifi

Have only had the ipad for a week now. The screen will not scroll correctly and the screen is oversized all of the time. Even on the home screen everything shows up too big to fit on the screen. This just started yesterday. Any advice?

double tap on the screen with 3 fingers at the same time.

3 finger double tap will enable/disable the zoom Accessibility feature.+

to change the zoom level perform a 3 finger double tap and then drag up or down on the screen.

Thanks Mike. I will try that next time. Wound up just resetting it. It was acting weird all together. It wouldn't let me drag and slide or zoom in with (one finger) double taps or anything. The only way I could move screen was to touch corner of screen and hold finger there. Then and only then would the screen move. Hopefully it doesn't happen again.
