i have attached a screenshot of what keeps popping up on a number of apps that I open. It says that itune purchases cannot be processed right now. I have closed and reopened my ipad.

If you take a look at Apple's system page, you'll see that there are problems with several stores and services. This affects users everywhere.
Apple knows about this problem and is investigating.

Here's a current screenshot of the page. The services notated in yellow are the ones that aren't working for some users at the moment.

Wow. When I was looking at the system status, there were just a few of the services affected. It's supposed to be working without problems again.

It's been about 2 1/2 hours since the last of the iCloud services were restored to normal.
