pls Help Ipad 2 keep rebooting

HI i am Newbie here currently my ipad 2 after upgrade to ios 6 keep rebooting, i had try to restor or reset everything still the same never improve. i want to downgrade back to 5.1.1 but cant. can any sifu here to guide me along.

I have the same problem. Started before upgrade even but now worse. It will reboot when not in use and stay locked on the apple screen until I see it and reset, or until it completely discharges. I have tried completely wiping it 3 x now and doesn't help. Argh!

Welcome to both of you. Unfortunately, you cannot downgrade from ios 6 to 5.1 once you have done the update on a stock iPad, however there are means with one that is Jail broken.
