Photo's can they be sorted newest first

Can photo's in the apple photo app be sorted newest first, I'm feed up of having to scroll all the way to the bottom. Or, is the an app that sorts them into albums by face recognition, date, or any other sort method?

There is no way to change sort order in the Photos app.

People who want more control over photo albums generally use a third party photo organizer; most of which use a separate library of photos.

Actually, Photo Shack Pro does a decent job of sorting photos in your iPad Photos Library without duplicating them. You can even export your sorted albums back to your iPad's Photos Library if you want.
