edit (2): SCROLL DOWN FOR REHOSTED IMAGES.

edit: I purposely linked the photos since they were too big. don't feel like resizing them. maybe i'll do it if i have time tonight after work.

I personally love this case. I got it off Amazon for $37 new with free shipping. I took plenty of pictures for you guys. Enjoy!

Here it is: (edit: the bumpiness is the reflection of my stucco ceiling)

Placed next to naked iPad for thickness comparison. Keep in mind that a good portion of the thickness is due to the screen overlap:

Another angle:

Screen overlap:

Plastic casing inside:

Plastic casing outside:

Rear cover inside:

Rubber casing inside:

Rubber casing outside:

Case altogether:

Installation...

Rubber casing first. Top first:

Then bottom:

Plastic casing next. Bottom first:
http://i50.photobucket.com/albums/f318/ivanmarkchang/IMG_1247.jpg

Sides next:
http://i50.photobucket.com/albums/f318/ivanmarkchang/IMG_1248.jpg

Top last. This part is the toughest part. There's a little nub from the rubber casing that has to go through a hole in the plastic casing:

Put through:

This is the lock button:

Speakers on bottom:

Volume rockers and orientation lock switch:

Is that screen protector really as un-smooth as it appears in your first photo?

I threw away my screen protector...

Why not use the "insert image" feature instead of making us click on individual links???

maybe I'm doing it wrong but that wouldn't work for me. I'll try to fix it later today. it's just (img)imglink(/img) in brackets, correct?

Great photos

Stop complaining, folks. Ivanmarkchang went to a lot of trouble to share these shots, so show some appreciation. I'll be the first to say thank you, and suggest that you do the same, thehatman.

Looks like a VERY sturdy case indeed.

Yeah stop complaining though. Despite the HORRIBLE Photobucket service he is doing us a favor.

I will upload them to a better server and post them here for him.

The case is incredibly sturdy. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and it's holding up perfectly! I haven't dropped it yet but I feel far more confident in hand carrying my iPad now.

I got the same case from Amazon. I did install the screen protector and it looks great. Note that detailed instructions DO NOT come with the case; you have to go to the Otterbox site where the instructions/videos live.

My bit of case overkill is that I slip the Otterbox enclosed iPad into a beautiful Saddleback Leather Co. sleeve. Practically bulletproof.....:D
