The Nursery is the little building with the Egg pedestals outside it. Once your dragons breed, the eggs need to incubate for the same amount of time there before they can be hatched. You can upgrade the nursery to have up to 4 pedestals outside it.

In your case, all the pedestals must be full of eggs. If they have finished incubating, you can hatch them by clicking on them. If not, then you need to wait until you can hatch one or speed up the process with gems (or upgrade the building to have more pedestals - but that costs quite a bit in the early stages!).
