New iPad...best apps???

Just bought an iPad mini (it's awesome!) but not sure what's the best apps or tweaks to get.

I've got the basic ones like Facebook,twitter,eBay etc

Is there a thread here with best apps or what do people recommend?

if you use itunes this month theres a feature best apps 2012 and if you go inside it a lot of apps shown ranging from free to paid for all categories :thumbs:
