My iPad was locked up a group called Computer Certified systems

Is this group legit, malware, or just fishing for business?. They offered to unlock my Pad. But I tried restarting and it seems OK. What is my best choice for a software cleanup or test?

The group is certainly not legitimate, but is instead a scareware spammer. Their only purpose is to con you into sending them money.
