Large amount in "other" content

I am relatively new to ip2 and have amassed a large cache of other content (5.9gb) and can't figure out how to free this up. I have done a full restore and it brought it down from 7+ to 5.9

Any ideas what this content is associated with?

It is likely to be data associated with apps.

I've noticed that certain apps such as BBC, CNN and Reuters seem to cache everything they download. Maybe there is a better way that my ham fisted method, but I just delete the app and reinstall it. This releases the space previously taken up by cached data.
