As per speculations upcoming iDevices wont have any home button, smart move from apple to hit jailbreakers hard.Even with 2 physical buttons many find it hard to get into dfu mode.....

because apple would need a new way to hard reset incase the device freezes.

i.e. volume rocker.

that would be a new way to DFU

and anyways, there's programs to throw your device into DFU mode.

Doubt apple gives jailbreakers much of a thought to be honest. There will always be a certain percentage of owners who will want to modify and customise their property, be it laptop, desktop, tablet or car.
As long as it has little impact on customer support they can live with it.
