Ipad2 safari doesn't auto width webpage columns

My new iPad 2 doesn't auto width webpage columns to the screen width when I zoom in. I believe it should. Any ideas?

what do you mean?


when you zoom in on a safari web page, you are enlarging the entire page. The entire page stays in the same format and sam width, it is just enlarged.
