I have to write a program in excel VBA that syncs the computer with the iPad. The syncing mainly involves copying files to and from between the computer and the iPad. I want to copy documents (text files, xml files, word/excel documents, etc) and not media files to and from the computer and iPad. When an iPad is connected to the computer, there is no separate drive created instead it appears as portable device in "My Computer". Also, it appears as read-only as I'm unable to copy files to it manually. I'm new to iPad development and I need help on how can I write the sync program using VBA.
Is it possible to write the program using iTunes software ? If so, how can i do it ?
