ipad mini virgin

Hello

I have just bought an ipad mini, hoping to use it for internet use whilst on holiday, researching places to visit and to eat, etc. and to use as an e-reader, both at home and again, on holiday.

We were prompted by an upcoming visit to the USA. We are visiting New England, and didn't fancy carrying around a suitcase full of travel books and novels.

We asked about actually buying the ipad in the USA but were told that USA warranties would not be valid in the UK, so have bought one anyway. We have a cellular 16gb model and hope that is the most suitable for our purposes.


I have a couple of queries and will post them separately.

I've used my iPad many times for travel, both for storing my travel info and my photos.....it's just so easy but will help you so much!
