IPad and PC Skypes Behaving Diffently

Hi All,

I have a PC running Windows 8.1 and an IPad Air.

Some of my Skype contacts, one as I am writing this, is online on my PC and offline on my IPad. What is going on?

Just a bit more information.

I made a successful video call to the person that was showing up to be offline and now when she is online it shows on my IPad that she is online.

Any thoughts?

My thoughts is that is is just a flakey bit about Skype. Write to MS and tell them what is going on.
