There are many transmitter which can play music on sound stereo. But this can play movie on TV. Besides it can act as a projectors.

It looks like wonderful, before buy, we must know the all the detail date and work existence...

I think it is usefulness is limited for situations when you don't have wifi and an ATV2/3. Anything that you have to attach to the iPad itself is defeating the portability of the device. If the device setups a local hotspot and use the building AirPlay then it would be a hit.
