Anyone knows how to install calculator, voice memos in ipad 4?

It's really odd that our iPads are not equipped with a calculator and voice memo like our iPhones. However, there are many calculator and voice memo apps that are available in the App Store. Have a look at a few, some are free and some are not.

For voice memo, you can try Quick voice:
