I play in a band and have a setup which has 4 vocal mics and guitars and drums all going into a large mixing desk for output through a power amp to the bass bins and speakers. I'd like to take a line out from the desk (6.35mm jack) and use an ipad or iphone as a vocal effect loop using an app like IK Multimedia's VocaLive to do the processing. Is there and cable accessory I can use to do this? I've been looking at various splitters on Amazon but I'm not sure if they will do the trick. Alternatively, I already have the iRig guitar interface, does anyone know if this can this be used as the send / return input for vocals instead of a guitar?
