Ipad 2 app for a keyboard that has a delete key and CAPS lock

Can you say a little bit more, please? The stock keyboard has a caps lock (double press caps key) and a delete/backspace button. Any third party keyboards will not replace the stock keyboard as the default - that's simply not possible for a non-jailbroken iPad.

THANK YOU! Idid not know you could tap for the CAPS lock. However, it would been nice to have a delete key instead of the backspace key. Thanks agin.
