skimonkey Administrator Staff member Feb 9, 2013 #2 Hi-had you tried the immediate fixes to see if this would work? Try a restart the iPad by pressing the power switch down to power off. Or try a reset by holding the power switch and home button together until you see the apple logo. Hope that helps!
