Ios 7.0.3 update

Hi. Trying to update today but it gets 90% of the way downloaded and then I get an error message stating that update failed. It must be my ipad as my partner's updated on the second attempt but I have tried 5 times at different times but no success. Anyone else had the same prob?

Are you attempting to update via Settings.app's Software Update feature? Or using iTunes.

Hi I am trying the settings update. Should I try iTunes then?

It certainly would be better.
Make sure that iTunes on your computer is up to date. Then connect your iPad to the computer, select "Devices" in iTunes, and there "Check for updates". You will be prompted to download and install the update.
