WHO'S cars are THOSE?? VRROOOOOMMM. VVVRRROOOOOOOOMMMMMMM!! HOT CAR!! NICE CAR ! Whose ever it is! Very NICE!
those are some pictures of random 1958 Plymouths, some used in the movie, some that are clones, the ones with the black tinted windows are the movie cars, and the one on the assembly line is Christine before she became possessed, and the other car side view pic is a clone, so yeah, I think that there should be more Plymouths out there I hope :p

This morning I was listening to the Diane Rehm show on NPR - she interviewed the author Bill Bryson about his new book 'One Summer: America, 1927' - decided to buy the Kindle edition of his 'A Short History of Nearly Everything' (2003) - was on an early chapter discussing supernovae, nebula, and the origin (and death) of stars which took me to the Hubble website HERE which I've not visited for a few years - BOY, just some beautiful images of these stellar phenomena - plenty more on the link w/ explanations: Crab Nebula, Horsehead Nebula, Mystic Mountain, & Orion Nebula - these Hubble photos are always spectacular - Dave :)

P.S. - see quote below from HERE - for those not use to thinking in 'light years' - the 6,500 light year distances from earth means that if you're now looking @ this nebula on a telescope, the time for light to travel to our planet would take the image back to the 5th century BCE (BOY, these are the early Egyptian times!) - hard to grasp!

Perhaps the most famous image from the Hubble Space Telescope (HST) is that of the Crab Nebula. A nebula is a mixture of hot gas, dust and simple elements like hydrogen and helium.

The Crab Nebula is approximately 6,500 light-years from Earth in the constellation Taurus. The nebula itself is an astonishing 10 light-years in diameter. To put that into perspective, if the Sun were the size of a basketball, the Crab Nebula would be the size of planet Earth.

WOW, GMAN, I WAS JUST thinking about you a few minutes ago, wondered why I hadn't seen you for a while, and thought of the batteries I have to get for my camera so I can take that photo of my old boxes. Those photo's you just posted are mind numbing! Stunning, to think those things are out there floating around....or is it were - 20 million yrs ago? :-)

i know Ski! I could probably sell them from the boot of my future car, one of these <3, I always loved Christine though she was evil, she's been nice to me and my friends lately in my dreams lol

Well those are some nice pics of the farm Nathan! I agree with you though, I wouldn't want to be driving an evil car either! Glad your dreams are more positive!

Hi Diane - I'm waiting to see those photos - please send when available. Dave :)

P.S. for those looking @ these images for the first time, the dimensions are almost unimaginable - please see the quote below on the Crab Nebula - just astounding - have not checked the 'size' of the other images shown but likely as impressive if not even larger - WOW! :D
