I Tunes not playing

Hi, Since changing my windows desktop and syncing my Ipad 3 with the new one I have had problems with playing most of my music.
When I tap the play button i get a lot of different titles scrolling along the top of the page, along with a circle with a square on the right hand side of each tune. I have attached a picture. Hope you can help.

This usually means they are downloading. They'll need some time, depending on your music library. Is there any progress or error popup?
