When I delete emails they keep coming back and sometimes there are two of the same email

Hi there! Welcome to iPF!
Go to Settings - Mails, Contacts, Calendar - tap your account and look at the info. If the Incoming Mail Server is a POP mail server, it doesn't delete the emails correctly and they get re-downloaded again. One possibility would be to scroll down to Advanced and tap it, go to Incoming Settings - Delete from server and choose "When removed from inbox". But this way you're not able to restore them. Afaik they don't even appear in your Trash then.
It would be a better solution to setup your Incoming Mail Server as IMAP server.

Great suggestion JA! Did it really worked though?
I use POP and don't have the prob of having two of the same email. They also don't "keep coming back" once deleted, unless you mean you must kill them off separate devices, which is how POP works normally. (I purposely keep some of my email accounts on POP for archival purposes on my laptop vs. my mobile gadgets.)
My POP accounts have been set this way for years on iDevices:
Remove: never
Delete from server: never

I don't know how to change from pop?
Did you look at your settings? Perhaps it just works as Kaykaykay told you.
