DKat - saw this post before but did not respond because your profile states that you are 30 y/o and getting spending money from you Dad - do you have a job? I love sushi too and have been eating it since the late 1970s - can be relatively expensive - why not get a job in a sushi restaurant and/or become a sushi chef, then you'll have plenty of opportunities - Dave
