As a new iPad 2 owner this App has helped me tremendously.

It's called AppStart.

Highly recommend it.

Found several key Apps (some free) that I know I would otherwise not know existed.

Hope this helps a few.

It's an excellent app and not just for those new to the iPad, some excellent tips along with some good app lists.

Great app. I encourage all new iPad users to get it.

I found that one the first night I had my iPad. Super helpful! I've heard the paid app is more ad-driven, but the free version is a great intro to what's out there.

I passed on the pay App that "keeps you updated" on all current Apps.

I just use Safari and go to their site.

Found some pretty good stuff on their site; the App lists are fantastic, and the "bargain bin" I will be checking everyday . . . .

Another I Just found along these lines is AppShopper - it lets you make a wish list of apps and then alerts you when they go on sale.
