How To Find & Replace in Contacts ? By Groups ?

I want to find and replace the country name in the Contacts App for all the contacts.
All my 250 conntacts in Great Britain are labelled in Grande-Bretagne, and I want to replace all the Grande-Bretagne by United Kingdom.
How can I do it ?
