Hi how can I delete albums transferred to my iPad? Not the camera roll but the actual photos that have been Downloadded via synching?

As have now gone onto my pc and cleared out the ones I don't want and have been told I need to delete my albums before re-synching - is that right? Or if I just re-synch will they automatically clear the ones already on my iPad and replace?

Thanks

Yes,if you delete the photos from the folder on your PC,they will be deleted from your iPad the next time you synch your iPad.

You can also plug your ipad into a USB port of your PC and it will show up on your "My Computer" or "Computer" (Win7) list as a device. Click on it and you will be able to drill down through the folders to your photos. You can drag, drop and delete files as you wish from there. No messing around with iTunes.

I'm brand new to iPad so please forgive my ignorance. I just tried to do what you suggested on my PC and the only folder that appears is the folder with my camera roll pictures and not the folder the album with my downloaded photos. In fact, absolutely no other files appear. Here's the path I find: Apple iPAD\Internal storage\DCIM. No music, no books, nothing else. Can you help me?
