using the letters on keypad spells a word. To this add what the circled # stands for. That should point you in he right direction.

If you google his last name, his pic comes up, his birthdate, and the very first work that comes up is the answer.
These puzzles take a little bit of work, sometimes we spend days coming up with the answer. I have found this board very helpful...you may have to go back aways, but most of the levels have been discussed. When I first found this board I just went back and jotted down clues and then they were there when I needed them.
Good luck, there are some really difficult ones coming up.
