This one was a real pain.
Find the area of the blue rectangle. You may get two numbers, but use the one with a 5.
When you look up the patent subclass, its words, not a number. I spent days on this looking for a number.

Made it to O76 which I thing is the end, but I'm stumped

The only hard part of this is getting the name of the song in correctly.
Once you use the clue of the ammendment it just takes some googling to find out who.
