Got the balloons, I know it's the periodic table, I know what the elements are without the balloons. Still don't know what I am looking for. I have put in numerous answers and not even a "close but no cigar". Anything else anyone can tell me without giving it away?

You are not the only one. I got the periodic table and the missing elements but cant see the relevance of 11 balloons outside with
what I guess is a target (or is it a wheel) with 2000 in it.
I've looked at the missing element symbols.
But I'm stuck with a good dose of mental superglue.

Anyone able to prise my lobes slightly apart?

Also help on the Movie depicted in level M-27. Once I figure out the movie, I can usually figure out what they want. Having a hard time on this one for some reason.
