I have a problem with back camera not working

Can you describe how it isn't working in more detail, what iPad do you have. The more details you can give us , the more help we can provide.

Front camera is working. One day I took photo at beach then suddenly off my both camera but now front camera working. Many times I turn on back camera it's going to black screen

Turn off camera in the multitask bar, then reboot. That should do the trick.

Let us know if it works please. There are more steps if this is unsuccessful.

Did you perform a reboot? Hold down the sleep/wake and home buttons. Do not release them until the Apple logo appears. The iPad will restart after about 30 seconds.

If this does not work, do a backup, then restore to factory settings.

If it still does not work, you may have a defective camera and will need to visit Apple for an exchange or repair.

How can I reset factory storage?

First do a backup.

Then go to Settings/General/Reset/Reset All Settings.

The iPad will be reset to the condition it was in when you bought it. Then plug it into iTunes and do a restore from backup.
