Bought an iPad to give to my 90 year old Mother-in-Law. She has been getting along OK with her UNR netbook but I think she will like this. Spent a week loading apps for her. Only found this site when I got the camera adapter and was trying to find a way to rename an album on the iPad. (Apparently you cannot.) Looks like a great resource, despite the occasional troll.

She will like her iPad. Many seniors (Including my 56 year old self) own and swear by (and sometimes at) their ipads.

After one day with her iPad, my 90 year old Mother-in-Law says she is delighted. She has watched a TV video, viewed photos, played games. I haven't heard that she has accessed her email yet. Expect that to come soon.
