I can't remember my email or password to my data account and it's time to add more data. Can anyone help me?

Hi and welcome to the Forum!
Is this for cellular data? Do you still have the little plastic card from which your sim came out of as this will have specific info for your sim. I recently changed carriers and was having trouble connecting, they were able to give me all my info from just accessing my name so get in contact with yours.
