Help With Videos App

My Videos viewer program is crashed AGAIN. All I get is a black screen. I did a backup and then reinstall... it wiped out all my personal desktop folders but I still have not ability to access my videos. This I Pad is only 30 days old and this is the 3rd time I am stuck in the same place. How do I get past this?

First off, welcome to the forum! Good to "see" you here!

Second, I've moved your post to its own thread, mainly to get more eyes on your problem (posting deep into someone else's thread/conversation doesn't get those eyes - and it's against forum policy).

Third - have you tried a reboot of the iPad? To do so, hold both the power and home buttons until the screen goes dark and the Apple logo then appears (the slide to unlock screen may or may not appear). Once the logo appears, release the buttons. After a time, your homescreen will appear. Please note that it may take some time for the Apple logo to appear or for your homescreen to appear (or both). This is normal. Eventually, the homescreen will appear.

See if that helps. If not, someone will probably be along shortly to see if they can help. Good luck.

I installed the iBooks app a while back and can't seem to find it anywhere on my iPad. However, when I go to settings, underneath the app tab, the iBooks app is displayed. Does anyone know how I can bring it back and use it?

I have downloaded the kindle app in replacement.
