I have an iPad Pro 9.7 with the latest iOS and latest Netgear Arlo App 2.9.1(1134). Arlo crashes every time cameras are accessed, every time library files are opened to view. Arlo tech has asked me to send a video of the crashes but every time I’ve tried using the screen capture tool on tools, it too also crashes and results in no video. I took the iPad over to Apple and the ran diagnostics on it and they found nothing. We have wipe the unit clean and only installed the Arlo app. Same thing. Question, are there any app I can run in background and capture the memory usage/ diagnostic behind the scene? Any other thoughts would be appreciated also.
